• Hourly Rate:

• $20 to $25 per hour of Concierge Services (Rate "C" Services)
• $35 per hour of Concierge Services (Rate "B" Services)
• $45 to $85 per of Concierge Services (Rate "A" Services)
• $15 per hour of Information Services (Phone / E-mail)

• VIP Package Rates:

• 5 hours of Concierge Services - 10% off hourly rate
• 10 hours of Concierge Services - 15% off hourly rate
• 15 hours of Concierge Services - 20% off hourly rate

• Fee Information:

• 1 hour minimum purchase - billing will then continue in 15 minute increments
• Cost of material, purchases, and/or tax is not included in hourly rate
• Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed
• Mileage is included up to 15 miles; $.40/mile beyond 15 miles
• 24 to 48 hour notice is requested for majority of services
• Rates for non-business hours will exceed normal hourly rates
• Cancellations require 24 hour notice or a $15 fee will be assessed
